UPDATE:
When I posted this film in December 2010, I was immediately contacted by the filmmakers to take the movie down from my site, because it had just been released.
I hadn't realized this, so I quickly obliged and replaced the full length film with a 15-minute introduction.
Filmmakers have to make a living, after all!
Now, I've been granted permission to broadcast the film, although the filmmakers still encourage viewers to purchase the higher-quality DVD from the website of producer, G. Edward Griffin:

Chemtrails are real. They're used for an array of purposes and have been in use for over fifty years. Not all of its uses are publicly discussed but one alleged purpose is to reduce solar radiation and carbon dioxide in the atmosphere and to thereby slow the effects of "Global Warming."
I've heard mind-bending rumors about chemtrails being used to depopulate the planet. The hysteria around chemtrails has generally repelled me from the topic -- until now.
Environmental scientist, David Keith downplays any hazardous health effects from chemtrails -- but when pointedly asked if dumping 10-20 megatons of aluminum fibers on a population group could cause negative health effects, he replies "We haven't done anything serious on alumina (a.k.a. aluminum oxide) yet and so there could be something terrible that we find tomorrow that we haven't looked at."
That comment is disingenuous, at best. It's well-known that chronic exposure to aluminum particulates leads to scarring of the lungs. It has been shown to be acutely toxic to wildlife in the short term and to curtail reproduction in the long term. Aluminum also contributes to the runaway acidification of the oceans caused by CO2.
Aluminum is now being measured in high concentrations in North American water tables, rain & snow.

Our innate intelligence tells us these are not mere vapor trails from jet engines, but no one yet has probed the questions: who is doing this and why?
