Following his release, he harshly denounced non-mainstream accounts of 9/11, earning the condemnation of such alternative media personalities as Alex Jones, who posted the video, below in which he referred to Veitch as a "psychopath":
Veitch later claimed that his website had been hacked and that he's received serious death threats.
